What does monthly bookkeeping include? +

Is my business too small? +
Not at all. We work with solopreneurs, freelancers, startups, and growing businesses at every stage. No business is too small to benefit from accurate books.
Do I need QuickBooks Online already? +
No. We will set it up and include your QBO subscription in your flat monthly rate via our ProAdvisor discount — zero extra cost to you.
My books are a mess. Can you help? +
Yes — catch-up bookkeeping is one of our specialties. We will untangle the history, reconcile everything, and bring you fully current no matter how far back we need to go.
How secure is my financial data? +
We use QBO's bank-level encryption, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Details are also covered in our privacy policy.
How do I get started? +
Schedule a free 30-minute consultation. We will discuss your needs, assess your books, and send a custom proposal within 48 hours. Onboarding is seamless from there.
Are you a credit counseling agency? +
No. We are a QuickBooks bookkeeping practice for real estate investors and small businesses. Licensed nonprofit credit counseling agencies offer debt management plans and creditor negotiation for consumers. We complement those professionals by organizing business books and clarifying cash flow from accurate records.
Do you provide debt relief or negotiate with creditors? +
We do not negotiate settlements or provide debt relief programs. We help you understand income, expenses, and obligations through bookkeeping, which can support smarter planning alongside a CPA, attorney, or certified credit counselor when needed.
Do you work with clients outside Mississippi? +
Yes. We are based in Brandon, Mississippi, and work remotely with businesses across all 50 United States. Onboarding, reporting, and support are handled online.
Do you offer personal budgeting or YNAB coaching? +
Today we focus on QuickBooks bookkeeping for your business. If you have questions about future offerings, mention it on a consultation and we will be upfront about what we can and cannot take on.
